Multi-stage Quality Control System | 100% Inspection Before Shipment

1. Incoming Material Inspection: Every batch of raw materials - fabric, zippers, buckles, webbing, thread - undergoes strict inspection upon arrival. We check for color consistency, weight, thickness, tensile strength, and appearance defects. Materials that do not meet specifications are returned to suppliers immediately.

2. In-Process Quality Control: Our QC staff are stationed at each production stage: cutting, sewing, assembly, and finishing. They monitor critical quality points in real time and immediately stop production if defects are detected. Personal accountability of each worker ensures consistently high standards.

3. Semi-Finished Product Inspection: Before products move to the finishing stage, semi-finished items are inspected for structural integrity, stitching quality, and correct assembly.

4. Waterproof Performance Testing: All waterproof bags - wheelchair bags, bicycle bags, motorcycle bags, cooler bags - undergo water spray testing or hydrostatic pressure testing before packaging. Products failing this test are reworked or rejected.

5. Final Product Inspection: 100% of finished products are inspected before packaging. Our inspection checklist covers: dimensions and weight, appearance and color matching, stitching and seam strength, zipper functionality, buckle and fastener operation, handle and strap strength, logo and labeling accuracy, packaging integrity, and overall functionality.

6. Packaging & Shipment Inspection: Before shipping, packed cartons are checked for correct labeling, proper weight, and secure packaging. We work with certified freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery worldwide.
