Cutting Workshop: Equipped with precision fabric cutting machines including beam cutters and computer-controlled cutting systems. This ensures accurate dimensions and clean edges for every piece of material.

Sewing Workshop: The heart of our production - over 100 industrial sewing machines operated by skilled technicians. Specialized machines include flat lock machines for seamless stitching, overlock machines for edge finishing, embroidery machines for logo decoration, and high-speed sewing machines for standard seams. Our experienced workers average 8+ years of bag production experience.

Printing & Logo Workshop: Our in-house printing workshop offers multiple logo customization methods: silk screen printing for bold logos and promotional text; heat transfer printing for complex multi-color designs; embroidery for premium textured logos.

Quality Inspection Station: Every product goes through multi-point quality inspection: material verification, stitching inspection, functionality testing, waterproof testing, dimension checking, and packaging inspection. Only products that pass all checkpoints are approved for packaging.

Packaging Workshop: Professional export packaging area. Each bag is carefully packed in individual poly bag or OPP bag, then placed in reinforced master cartons with corner protection. Packaging can be customized to your brand requirements.

Warehouse & Logistics: Well-organized raw material and finished goods warehouse. We work with reliable freight forwarders for sea freight, air freight, and express shipping. Extensive experience with export documentation including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Certificate of Origin.
